Arya Samaj Scarborough · Three Saturday evenings
Vedic Sandhya Workshop
Mental strength and inner confidence through the Vedic Sandhya technique, with Sandhya Acharya Shri Geetram Ramsamooj.
October 17, 24 & 31, 2026 · 5:00–8:00 pm · Toronto
Everyone is welcome — community members, families, friends, students, and young people. No prior Sanskrit or experience needed.
More than reciting mantras
Sandhya is not only a recitation of mantras — it is a practical Vedic discipline for strengthening the mind, body, breath, and inner self.
Arya Samaj Scarborough invites members of the community, families, friends, and students to a Vedic Sandhya workshop. The workshop goes beyond recitation: participants learn the practical mental, physical, and breathing techniques that go with the mantras, and how their principles can be applied in everyday life.
The workshop is intended to help participants develop Mana Shakti (mental strength) and Aatma Shakti (inner strength and self-confidence) for meeting the stresses and challenges of daily life. Students can explore how attention, discipline, and steady practice support focus and study habits.
